Playing around, I have discovered that the Manila v2.1 USA Cities Weather DB.cab will work on the 6.5 version of 2.5

I am testing one of the new ROM's what V i am not 100% on right now... :)

only problem I am having is the phone freezes up every now and then and requires a soft reset.

I can recreate the event so I know it is more then a random glitch.

After I run internet sharing it always freezes.

but that's not the only time.

hi am also testing the v1.2 WM build 21870. what a awsome update, i can not believe my eyes. fast,super fast!thanks again. keep the update going. WOW!!!

I just flash V1.2 ,first footprint not work,says "The file 'htcfootprint_engine' cannot be opened.......".another ,when phone reboot,it always auto connects Data net....Windows live not work

It doesn't matter that the registry changes back . . . the change to one is just to allow the SIP selector to pop up. Change the the SIP you want and then leave it alone. If you change your SIP multiple times a day, then yes, this would be a pain, but if you change it once and then leave it there should be no problems.

Thanks... i just actually figured this out and since i always use the phone keypad this works great for me :)

I fugure there is another reg somewhere to get all the options on the sip menu all the time (maybe CLSID thing), i'm going to compare the Touch HD package with the exinput 2.x package when i get a chance and see if I can get it fixed to come up all the time so those that want to switch can.

OMJ,

I'm on about my 6th build of 21876 with Calk's new 4.2 kitchen and noticed something today. Not sure how well it will work w/23504 but I noticed when i went from a 16 pgpl to 20 or 24 i got a significant increase in responsiveness. From what i'm reading in the posts this is not at all an issue with your new rom :thumbright: but hey, faster is always better if possible right :mrgreen: (maybe you have already done or tried this but I just thought i'd throw it out there for ya)

P.S. - 16 to 20 big diff, 20-24 can't tell a big jump like 16 to 20

i have been testing out the v1.2 WM build 21870 for about a few hours
here this what i found:

1. scrolling slider get stuck at people, will not go to home, until your finger moves all the wat to the left off the screen.
2. Footprint not working.

3.when you set a different home wallpaper, then try to go back to weather wallpaper does not work.

4.did you remove the all background wallpaper?

beside that is vert fast and smooth.
