How/where did you customize the bottom bar? ... the black with the shaded square boxes? Now that the comm mgr issue is resolved, this was one of the things holding me back from 6.5.1. When I changed my theme it turned it that ugly green/grayish color and I couldn't stand it! lol

I believe its part of the theme. If you were only concerned about changing the background, I think you could stay on the flamerize theme, but overwrite the background image in \windows. Name your 480x640 image to:

Yeah that or just do it old school and set a background from the today settings. Here's the deal I'm looking at though... I usually change to the classic blue theme because i like the way it changes the size of menus and makes other things bigger, ie.. folders in file explorer, WM Contacts when used, etc... The default theme i have noticed you usually use leaves the menus small and resemble 6.1 rather than a bit bigger 6.5 look. When I change to the classic blue theme though it changes the bottom bar to the ugly one

Hey OMJ, I just wanted to apologize to you for bugging you about not being able to connect my diamond to my wireless at home (I use my diamond on alltel prepaid and have no data plan so my wireless is my only data connection, not sure if you remember my problem or not), but, I figured out my problem, and this is what I want to apologize to you for

We have Hughes Net, only allowed 200 meg up/down in a 24 hour period (but unlimited from 1am-6am), and we had someone stealing our wireless, when you go over your 200 meg limit, your connection slows to below dialup speed for 24 hours

Anyways, I setup a password to the wireless and limited the ip range to "2" wireless connections, and I have 2 laptops on almost 24/7, hence, why I could not connect to my wireless

So, I do apologize and keep up the good work

(am waiting (unless you did it already, haven't looked in that thread yet) for your instructions on using the kitchen so I can create my own less all the data programs) but no rush, I like what you have done so far and was going to do that just so I could learn more and say I was able to customize my rom to my needs

in my roms....if you disable Sense, you'll see that the flamerise theme has the big menus (which I hate btw), but I cook in Menu Enhancements, so in Sense it looks much different.

another thing you can do on your router is setup MAC address filtering

28002 titanium, i really like. cant find a fault and seems much faster than 6.5.1. added showcase task manager and its perfect.

great rom man, i just wish it wouldn't take up soo much ram. the battery life is perfect and no sms bugs. after i installed a few apps i only have like 26mb left.

why is the storage soo low on this 6.5.3 manila rom? will decreasing my pagepool help with this? maybe you can make a clean version?
