really not sure whether to go from my lovely working 1.7 to this =) are you likely to post a 2.00 final soonish, gadget? or declare the beta final? or just leave it at beta and work on the sense 2.1 / 2.5 stuff? thanks!

Just set this up.

I was using OMJ Sense 2.5. I REALLY miss the AGENDA view they added in 2.5 over the Month view on the Calendar tab, also clicking on an appointment on the home page, I'd rather it go to the Calendar tab (with Agenda view) rather than month.

Probably nothing you can do, but other than those issues, everything seems to be working good/fast.

I added Acrsoft MMS and looking for an ADOBE PDF cab, seems like Adobe should have been left in to me. I mean, who doesn't need to open up PDF's? ;)

I should have a "final" v2.0 in the next day or so. After that I will have to make a decision on what next. Sense 2.1 (My preferred, if the port ever get's posted) or 2.5. I am also looking at the 28003 but that will cause us to have a lot less space, plus all the screen sizing issues that position fix doesn't address.

IS sence what will give us animated weather on the home page? I just installed your ROM yesterday and i now have lots of space and it just slickity fast.. Got weather working,calandar(from the suggestion of swiching canada english to us english) and youtube works!!


One question.. how can i make opera10beta open as the defualt browser?

thanks Gadget. funny thing is 28005 was just released along with 23091. so it must be so difficult to decide on a sys thats better. v2.0 is running great! Hopefully sense 2.1 becomes a reality but 2.5 is getting better by the day. with the space limitations, Mystery has come up with a great solution, taking out htc messaging which is getting better but still buggy and footprints, which is useless on the diamond and takes up tons of space. Unfortunately the 2.5 roms really need to be clean roms with most apps installed to internal storage. I guess as long as the look and feel of your rom stays intact, it doesnt matter if its clean version. Thanks again.

One of the guys porting 2.5 at XDA is adapting it to natively run the stock Manila messaging from 2.1, while retaining the people tab functionality. That kind of work gives me hoe that the new people tab, calendar, appointments and e-mail will be able to be hacked into 2.1. And I agree, footprints is totally useless for me...

FYI, I am also looking at hacking the internet tab to give us a more usable tab with out all the space taken by that huge globe.

My vote is for the closer to 2.5 the better.
