FYI. the 21903 cookie build does not have enhanced. Is the rom built like this or is it an issue?

Just use the .EXE from a previous ROM you've downloaded. Extracted the new DIAMIMG.nbh file and overwrite the old one. If you don't have an old ROM, just download a ROM from another chef.

Figured it out, just used Custom_RUU.exe from older build.. Got rid of the old NBH file, and replaced it with the new one (in the same folder)
