You mean the moving weather in the background? If so you need to install this cab (Attached) in order to get weather animation with a custom background.

ok, just flashed the 21891 and it has the weather animation but only in the clock not the full weather animation,
If you changed the background, it is possible that may be affecting the weather animation

Here is a link to cab for weather on any background, not just the default weather wallpaper

I flashed Energy.VICTOR.23529.Leo_LITE_MaxManila.16.Feb.2010 on to my diamond. it's slow, the resolution is messed up on a lot of things, the battery drain is MONSTEROUS! I watched it go from 90% life to 69% in a total of 10 mins. even with back light at lowest and wifi power set to best battery. and for the3 life of me i can't get it to accept any back ground pictures, if they do they get stretched height-wise. switching back to my old 28014 dusk again... sigh.
