Not quite sure how it happened but when I uninstalled his theme, I was able to put a different background and it showed up on all pages

I like the rom have been using it for about a week now but my main concern is that the GPS is very spotty and takes a very long time to lock. Haven't been able to find anything on here that addresses and corrrects this issue.

I like to top task bar that has the start menu, signal and battery meter...very colorful and looks good!!! Can somebody direct me to what to search for or how to make other roms look that good. p.s. i have no experience building my own roms and would like a .cab or other idiot proof ways of doing so. Thanks!!!

ah, i didn't install the theme. i just installed hte b4all pages cab. that might be why. oh well, i switched my main background to the htc hero wallpaper, which is appealing heh

How do i move the icons to the start menu? like for instance i want to move the phone icon to the start menu instead of going to start/system/phone. i just want to move it so it will be start/phone? it doesnt let me move it out of system? how do i do that?

That's cuz the brightness defaults to the maximum

using total commander or file explorer, go to \windows\start menu\programs\system
move the Phone.lnk file to the ..\programs

NRGZ has it on the first page that to expect the backlight to be up to the max and some other stuff because thats how he likes his settings to be preconfigured when flashing his ROM.
