I am trying a cooked ROM for the first time. Tried a couple of the 21916 version of the Energy ROMs on my Sprint HTC Touch Diamond. Everything works and looks great but the data connection.

I tried to copy the configuration from my other sprint phone, setup a modem with #777 but don't know the username/password/domain to configure. Can anyone help me on how to setup the data connection.

you leave that all blank, just check the "save password" when it comes up.

Just go to START and in TOOLS you will see Carrier Provisioning. Choose your carrier, restart the phone and you will have your data connection working.

Basically, 21679 is the new style with "Start" menu on the bottom. Somehow the numbering got smaller, but he says: 21679 Build is the new 6.5.X build with the buttons at the bottom. It's the latest and the fastest. Don't let the build number fool you!
