Re: MightyROM6 -- www.MightyROM.com [Windows Phone® 6.5] [Final]

A little help please! I upgraded to the latest Rom a couple weeks ago. Initially it was working just fine, no problems, and very smooth. Now my phone is operating very, very slowly.. even with resets. Along with the battery draining at a faster rate than the old rom. The only other apps i installed were the Titanium weather and Favorite people. Any suggestions on how to speed up the processes, and possibly increase battery life? Thanks!

You may just need to install cleartemps and delete ie, opera cache, and livesearch, google maps etc. Here is the cab for this. Also look up cleanram on google. This will help free up memory if you device gets sluggish. Battery life is hit or miss really, it all depends on your usage.

Hello, I've tried many times to install the latest mighty ROM on my CDMA HTC Diamond but somehow it always resets itself. I mean, I successfully installed it et al. and I'm able to customize the phone but as soon as I power off the phone, it resets itself. I need to re-align the screen and go to through the initial set-up. The phone also freezes and I have to do the phone reset.
Am I forgetting to do something?

not to sound like a parrot, but did you remember to flash back to your carrier's shipped rom? also don't forget to clear storage after you flash MR6 and delete any old programs off your internal storage

you can find your carrier's shipped roms here:

so ive been researching all day on this topic and cant find a good answer...or one that i want to hear rather.
as of late my touch screen has gotten a mind of its own. scrolling through webpages is impossible due to what seems like a calibration issue.
so i calibrated...nothing....soft reset...nothing...hard reset...nothing....
FINALLY i reflashed the ROM and it worked smoothly for 8 hours or so, but is now screwing up again.

can someone tell me that i dont have to spend $50 on the ins claim?

Personally I would flash back to the shipped rom and clear all unneeded folders from internal storage. hard reset and again and calibrate the screen on the shipped rom. See how it goes for a day.

Did anyone ever find a solution to re-enable the battery meter by default? I hate having to click up top to see where my battery is at, and I hated that ariel battery meter

I'd be interested in this too. I had to ditch Mighty 6.5 due to this annoying issue.

I use batti, and configure it to have a very thin white line across the top of my screen. You almost don't know it's there, but clearly tells you everything you need to know.
