Data connection has died and EPST will not take the unlock code to fix it

My data died today for no apparent reason. I tried a hard reset and ran DCD’s sprint cab and Update profile with no luck. I tried getting into EPST but the unlock code would not take. After an hour with Sprint doing basically all the things I tried, they have offered me a refurb which I am cool with but I’m really puzzled why the unlock code would not take since I just did this a week ago. My phone has been relocked prior to any of these attempts. I was running Mighty 4.8 but just for sanity I flashed back to the Sprint stock and relocked with the same result, I cannot get my unlock code to work in the ##3282# EPST. I can see that my Active Profile is set to 0 and I’m pretty sure until I set that to 1 Data is never going to work. Does any know of a work around when the unlock codes are not working? I’ll take the refurb but it kills me when I can’t work through things like this. I’m waiting on the call back from TS so any comments are welcome.

Cheers

Re: Data connection has died and EPST will not take the unlock code to fix it

Well I had hoped someone knew how to work around this but I guess I feel a little better that I haven't overlooked something obvious. Another thing I have found is when I enter ##MSL# nothing happens so there is something screwy with this phone. I guess I'll take the refub. I still have a few hours before I give Sprint that go ahead so if anyone has any ideas please send it on.
