Does either Frugal or Edge have the MSN weather and stock ticker widgets? Not a panel but available from the start menu. I think earlier 6.5 ROMs had them but the more current ones may not. Thanks.

Edge 0.9 is up for testing. Download here.

It's built using daryelv's ervius kitchen. Some things are different in this kitchen; I've tweaked it the best I could to keep the same feel as previous releases.

~ Disabled word completion in SIP, now only autocorrects

yes! an update! thanks!

just to let you know ive been running the last edge for two weeks now with no lockups or "hard reset reboots", i flashed some other rom, clear storaged, then reflashed the last edge version and it hasnt locked up yet. only had to reset once.

cant wait to try this out.

Trying Edge .9 and it works pretty well. All I've found so far is that Quick GPS errors: File cannot be found or is not signed ... I reinstalled it from a CAB but it still errors.

Google Maps seems to find GPS OK so it looks like just Quick GPS.

Thought I'd report it.

looking good so far!

i can confirm quickgps doesnt work.
opera mobile will constantly refresh over and over again on pages, until you disable the plugins in the settings. dunno whats up with that.

Found this to fix the Quick GPS problem: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...&postcount=598 It worked for me.

I also noticed that the bluetooth notification in the task bar at the top doesn't seem to work.

Just thought I'd report it. Other than that, things are working really well.

OK ... just did some research and found that if you don't use the HTC dialer you don't get the BT icon. I don't use it because of the ring delay when locked.
