Right now I'm working on figuring out why some 3d games don't work... I've gotten quake3, call of duty 2 multiplayer, cube, and xtrakt all working 3d accelerated, but cod2 single player, need for speed undercover, and boom blox all give out of memory errors. As for increasing the storage memory, I'll keep that in mind on the next release... one thing you can do in the meantime to add a few mb is uninstall myphone, since that is in main memory.

Re: [3-26-09] Custom WM6.5 21198 Sprint rom with Rhodium Manila 1C

I like this ROM but I just wanted to throw in what I don't like abou it.

1. I can't seem to figure out how to get background for all pages working. Just greys out the clock and tf3d is unusable. Have tried to find a fix but am so far unable to.
2. I don't like that touchpal or the new qwerty keyboard are the only keyboards useable. I really enjoyed the compact qwerty and touchpal seems to be buggy at times.
3. WM6.5's pictures only display the pictures I have on My Device folder. Haven't figured out a way to change that.
4. When I go to change my background on touchflo I can only access htc's album thing and I can't switch to my wallpapers folder. Also, sometimes it doesn't work and just shows a red screen.
5. The People tab takes about 2-3 seconds to load every once in a while.

Other than these bugs I rather enjoyed the new touchflo and wm6.5. I also don't like the fact that if I go to start and choose something (such as settings, then system) and when I exit out of that area it doesn't go back into the start menu so i have to reopen it and select my option again.

Good work so far tho!

Just delete the duplicate shortcuts from either the main programs folder in windows/start menu or the programs/multimedia folder and then you'll get just one set in the manila interface.

Re: [3-26-09] Custom WM6.5 21198 Sprint rom with Rhodium Manila 1C

Just wanted to chime in.
This rom is still running great for me.
I've tried several other 6.5 Rhodium roms, and ended up back here.

I recently noticed that when I switch to the "Mail" tab, sometimes it takes about 10secs to load the first email.
So I just have a blank tab for a while until the envelope appears.
Happens about every 5th time I go to check email.

It's not consistant, and I haven't figured out any patterns, but I just noticed it started the last couple of days.
It might be happening if I switch to the tab while it's downloading new messages, but I'm not sure.

Nice job!

However...
My 2 cents:
Soft reset takes about 4 minutes
Kind of slow (
Takes lots of memory

Other than that it's really good!

Wow, 4 mins for a soft-reset?
Something is definitely going on.
When if first loaded this rom, I had issues.
I flashed to the stock shipped sprint rom, and the flashed to this rom, and it's been fine for me.

There is not a ton of memory, but I've installed several programs to the Internal Storage, and I haven't had problems running them.

Re: [3-26-09] Custom WM6.5 21198 Sprint rom with Rhodium Manila 1C

This ROM is amazing!!!! This is the most stable and fastest of the 6.5 ROM's that I've tried. I was a little concerned about the available memory left but after a little clean up and removing some stuff that I knew I wouldn't use, I'm at 53meg available for system memory. A few minor glitches here and there but nothing that prevents me with sticking with this for quite awhile. It makes my Diamond fun to use again.
