evertec when i get a call i get a weird popup box that fflashes up and down and is annoying. I tried to install S2A over it but its till happening. Any idea?

its the 6.5 format coming through... if you disable the htc dialpad you will see what I mean... 6.5 has its own way of accepting a call and in my own words the htc s2a and windows 6.5 are battling to win which way to recieve tha call.... HTC wins...lol

Go to Start>Settings>System>Advanced Config
Under the phone section there is an option for the phone skin.
It says "Enabled (advised)" switch it to "Disabled (default)"

If you do, incoming calls will look like this, and it will change your dialer.

see with the htc dialer enabled as i flashed it, i was seemingly getting both. I want the windows dialer crap to go away lol

yeah and if you go to start and left soft key and lock the phone, then when you get an incoming call you will get the windows 6.5 s2a

Im about to give this a go on my diamond, I have the cab to convert settings to Alltel..this rom seemed to good to not try it...Ill let all my Diamond Alltelians know my findings in a short while
