Hello everyone, I have a question regarding Streaming Media on this ROM which by the way I really like alot and appreciate your effort and time that you have put into it RS. Whenever I surf the web and try to watch a video on both IE and Opera, it launches the Streaming Media application but never plays the video, it gets stuck on "connecting" no error messages of any kind, just iddles there. Before I downloaded your ROM I went back to Sprint stock ROM to make sure I wasn't going to have any issues. While I had my Diamond with the stock Sprint ROM I checked that the Streaming Media was working and it did without any problems, I am only checking this with wi-fi by the way and it seemed to work fine while on stock ROM. After I downloaded your new rhodium ROM streaming media stopped working. I tried visiting several sites and I still get the same result. Has anyone else experienced this or can someone else confirm if this is working on the new ROM? I doubt it's my phone since I was able to get it to work on the stock sprint ROM, I also checked the settings for Straming Media and they were the same. Any suggestions?

atlantino - steaming media player seems to be working for me.


Anyone know why when I hit start (not quickmenu) the screen goes black with start in the top center. I think it should display a favorites list of programs and settings? I am guessing it has to do with one of the XBmod Manila Rhodium cabs? Is anyone else having this problem?

ROM seems faster than any previous one I've used.

I'm trying this ROM out to see how it compares to Intx's ROM's (which I love), so just wondering, what are the biggest differences? I've never used RSTG's roms before

Did you use the 4 column program tab? Some of your users are reporting the start menu issue.

It will appear black with "Start" in the middle if it's enabled.

Try using the CAB if you're having the issue guys, not sure if it will work since I have not flashed/won't(no offense, but i love my rom yknow?) and not exactly sure of the circumstances.

RSTG is one of the best, no doubt about it. He usually has his roms loaded with cool stuff but at the cost of memory. its preference really but you might as well use the memory in my opinion so long as it doesnt get too low. He has games even arcade games, cool fuzeberry theme, touchpal, etc, etc.(check the changelog) Stability is his mantra. He was debating whether to do the rhodium releases for a couple reasons but one of them is he prefers to cook roms that are error free and as close to stock as possible, so programs work as they should. Being that Rhodium is still far from error free, he stepped out a little bit to make this rom. I assure you RSTG should be on your list of Roms to try. His flagship rom, non-rhodium variety is flawless.

O-P-B DRIVES ME NUTS! Other Peoples Bugs... I think riley has been doing a psych eval on me. And he's right, I am not in my comfort zone here.... lol.

erm I have a problem. I did the whole clear storage, go to stock rom, clear storage, go to RSTG's rom, clear storage (hard reset i mean), and it installed fine, but now everytime I start my phone up I get an error that says "unable to start TouchFLO 3D, tap here to try again" and I do it and it doesn't work? I tried a soft reset and another hard reset (clear storage).....Do I need to clear the entire internal storage too?

*EDIT* wait 4 hard resets and 4 soft resets later, I think it may have worked

I noticed all my problems involved an element of "COMPLETE MANILA PACKAGE + FIX 1D" not being installed. So far two simple cab installs to fix "start menu" black screenand "all people" crashing touchflo, thanks RSTG and intx. I am simply loving every about this rom. The weather with 5 day is awesome, stocks, its fast - I looooove it.

New problem is now trying to change the "soft right key" on the home screen to programs. It seems to be stuck on camera.
