4.12.09 FuFu Rom 4.5.3 - Loaded & Lite [WM 6.5 Beta Build - Final 21202] - Page 46

Hi,

I installed FuFu 4.5.1 Last night, my first try on this ROM. I was a big Juicy fan, then a Mighty Rom Fan but I was looking forward to try 6.5.

The first issue I noticed after one day of use is battery life. I also noticed that I was not connected to EVDO (Telus) but only to the 1X network. This is probably the reason why my battery only lasted half a day (7am to 2pm).
Usually I get till, 11pm easily.

Please let me know if you have encountered anything like this on your Diamond.

I believe after the initial phase of "can't put phone down must play" wears off a bit, the battery life gets immensely better!

Which version of the ROM are you running?
I tried the 4.5.1 and my battery lasts half a day (on the first day).
I'm also only getting reception on the 1x Network... I haven't seen the EVDO icon all day.

FYI,
I also just flashed to FuFu.
I am on Telus and didn't notice any worse battery over juicy or Mighty roms.

Do you get the EVDO icon?
I only get the 1x...
Which ROM are you running out of the 3 available?

I did not use the Telus Cab after Flashing to FuFu could it be the reason why the EVDO is not working?

I am running the full rom.
I think even after the flash I had evdo, but I did the cab anyways.
I also flashed to the newest telus rom before flashing to FuFU, did you do that?

No I did not flash to the latest Telus Rom...
Which one is that? Is that the one available on HTC's Site?
