I want to stay with 4.4 but I dont think 4.3 had that prob....just looking for a quick fix since I have the phone and apps the way I want and plus I installed some other apps as well............let me know

I'm not sure. I'll keep working on it. It's also happening in 4.3 atm.

Update:
This is looking to be a system issue in both builds
Seems you can only create new email to contacts atm.

customization has been runnning for like 10 minutes now, just scrolling blue and brown progress bars..

is this something i should be concerned about? wait or hard reset?

EDIT: nevermind, it just reset.. wow, wtf kind of customization was that!

lol. That is an issue with a lot of roms right now.
On mine, after you see the glossy.exe execute in Customization, it's safe to reset and skip the 10minute wait.

Me too! For now I guess the easiest thing to do is just make sure you add the email address to your contacts.

it is possible to make a lite version, for example whitout manila

I'm don't think it will make it faster, just smaller. But I'll put it on the table, what do you want in it?

You mean when you restart? It will take a second for everything to load up once you get to the today screen.
or
If your screen seems unresponsive, make sure there isn't an X where the task manager should be, if there is tap it to close out and you'll be ok.
