How smooth is this ROM? I.E. how well do the menu's flow?

Does this include the new SMS from 6.5, also does this include the new lock screen as well? Can anyone else post screen shots & or video?

New SMS? It's 100% 6.5. The menu's flow very well. Smooth scrolling in 21195 too, but I couldn't shake the quick stop in the 21198 build. Both 21195 and 21198 are uploading now.
