Really like the ROM but my issue is the same as the issue I had with Calkulins latest ROM's and that is it won't let you select more than one file at a time in the file explorer unless you select all. You can't just swipe your finger up or down and highlight as many files as you want.

This problem is bigger than just explorer - either this ROM or the new Manila changed how gestures are interpreted. I used to be able to swipe back and forth in my mailbox to get to navigate to other messages. Same thing with other programs where I used to be able to just swipe up/down to read; now I have to use the scroll bars to navigate.

This is one of the new 'features' in 6.5 that I hated (apparently MS enhanced the gestures API and screwed things up). Hopefully there's an easy fix, otherwise, its back down to 2.0 for me.

Since a reflash this morning, I've having dramas with the calendar tab. After importing all of my appointments with PIMBackup, they are showing for half a second or so on the calendar tab then disappearing. I've been searching the forums and net in general looking for a solution however no joy. The appointments are all in the phone (as I can see them in the native windows mobile calendar) however they are disappearing before my eyes in Manila 2.1. If I switch tabs then go back to the calendar tab, the dates with appointments show a small triangle next to them for a brief moment then the month shows completely clear. Any suggestions?

Cheers

For contacts, appointments, etc. just copy the pim.vol file from the root directory to your computer or to the internal storage (anywhere it won't be deleted upon flashing). Then, after you flash the new rom, copy it back over to the root directory, overwriting the one that's there (you'll probably need Total Commander). This is what I do. It's very quick, easy, and reliable.

As for YouTube problems, try this suggestion, found on the Energyrom thread (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=74084):

Look for folders that are created from previous custom roms you are using a delete them. go into to internal storage>programs folder and delete old folders since you are installing the software on a new rom and should start from a clean slate. A good example of this is the youtube folder which needs to be deleted or you may get errors post flash. the reason is you may be using one rom with a different youtube version and it conflicts with the one [you're] is using

Try it out and let me know how things go.

Love the ROM.. smooth and no freezes at all!!

Fixed youtube by just using Kinoma and everything is running great.

Running it on battery saver settings to try and get a little more out of it each day.. but overall look forward to your next release!:headbang:

loved intx2.0, now flashing to 2.5...

one question, is it a good idea to flash back to the stock sprint rom, than to the new rom? or can i just flash over intx2.0?

flashed to sprint rom, than to intx2.5.

first problem, i can't add contacts, or update my contact card, won't let me click in the fields to bring up the keyboard to type...i click in the box and nothing happens.

i downloaded the Windows_nolive cab to get my email to work...is that possibly something to do with it?

if i find anything else, i'll come back, or a way to fix it.

if i go in through the windowsmobile i can add it...found out by texting a buddy and than clicking on his number in the convo from the windowsmobile im window...let me save the contact.

but using TF3d and 'all people' and clicking new contact, does nothing, after adding them from the WinMo Contacts they show up in the TF3d tab...but if i enter my contact card i still cant add anything ot it, wont even let me scroll, like its disabled i guess?

now my next question, anyone found a good RSS Reader for it? I downloaded NewsMix when i still had intx2.0 flashed but it couldn't connect.

To answer your first question, it's a known issue. It;s believed Manila 2.1 MAY rely on WM 6.5's kinetic scrolling, testing will ensue.

However, you can still go to all Programs then contacts to access the WM 6.1 contacts.

But some ppl have it working on 6.1, but I give up. I'm forcing myself to like 6.5 because seems like pretty soon it's going to be MANDATORY to have 6.5 in order to keep up and use the latest goodies on our phones

So, I am trying to utilize HDWalls, but when I get to the point where I have to select the folder where the wallpaper cab is, it is entirely blank, any ideas from the powers that be around here?
