Read the FAQ, it's in there..

The bug occurs if you've ever backed up with PIM Backup.

I have tracked the youtube problem to the resourcre proxy, seems to be incompatible with 6.1..

Starting to think I need to switch to 6.5..

I suggest a 6.1 AND 6.5 rom..for the fact that 6.1 will have much more free space for those who need it.

for 6.1...
- replace youtube with kinoma freeplay
- fix streaming video via opera?

Well I don't have the time honestly to maintain both a 6.1/6.5.

With 6.5, Contact Card is fixed and youtube would be upgraded to a newer version that relies on kinetic scrolling.

Also found it under "settings/personal/buttons/vibrate"

Cheers!

Anyone know a way to disable the haptic feedback when pressing on individual manila tabs?

Can't write much a I have to get ready for work....

Since a reflash this morning, I've having dramas with the calendar tab. After importing all of my appointments with PIMBackup, they are showing for half a second or so on the calendar tab then disappearing. I've been searching the forums and net in general looking for a solution however no joy. The appointments are all in the phone (as I can see them in the native windows mobile calendar) however they are disappearing before my eyes in Manila 2.1. If I switch tabs then go back to the calendar tab, the dates with appointments show a small triangle next to them for a brief moment then the month shows completely clear. Any suggestions?

Cheers

My understanding is that PIMBackup does work well with the Manila 2.1. I believe I read that somewhere. That might the problem, not sure

What about using a previous and stable version of Youtube?

Really like the ROM but my issue is the same as the issue I had with Calkulins latest ROM's and that is it won't let you select more than one file at a time in the file explorer unless you select all. You can't just swipe your finger up or down and highlight as many files as you want.

Thanks al3azim,

My understanding was that the known PIMBackup issue was specifically related to contacts and SMS (unless I missed something). This seems a little different (as it's only affecting the calendar items) however I'm back home now and will try it via activesync to see whether it makes a difference....

Cheers

I had the same issue but only after I deleted an appointment from the manila interface. I am synchronizing with Gmail using Active Sync. Reinstalling solve the problem.
