That is strange. I'm using my ROM, but it's the same SYS and I just tried the sequence you described and it worked perfectly.
Everything else is working OK? Do you have arcsoft MMS installed?
Did you hard reset/Clear Storage after you flashed?

I don't have that issue myself. Did you flash to stock first? Did you use any backup programs like PIM backup. Are you restoring old reg settings?

i have that issue, BUT not as bad. when i am in text mode and i want to exit it, tapping the X take a few seconds ( like 5) to close it. but if i just hit the home button on the phone, it closes it right away.
i am using your kitchen, just added my own ingredients. ( i didnt restore any tests, i did restore some registry, but just paswords and settings for sounds)

an issue i have, and have had. is the camera will be black when i open it. but if i close it and open it right back up, its not black and i can see what i am taking a picture of.
anyone else?

Does anything need to be done to watch streaming video on the internet? Does it work with IE or Opera?

I'm having the same problem with my SMS's. I restored them using PIMBackup.

Without manila, how does everyone handle their common program shortcuts without the use of a programs tab? Titanium doesn't seem to offer any reasonable options.

Hi WarAxe,

In the start menu, tap n hold the program you like to bring it to the top of the menu, you can do this an rearrange them by playing around with them. I believe restart can also do some arranging as well as offering new icons. this may help.

That's prolly your problem. I bet you're restoring old reg entries which almost always causes issues.

Just restoring SMSs will restore registry entries?
