Glad that worked for you. Also I'm a big fan of the black so the red is not an issue for me either. Thanks Mystery!

Re: [03-21-09] Mystery's v1.5 [All Carriers] (CE OS 5.2.21028 Build 21028)

Has anyone else seen issues with the volume buttons not working at times? I have had this happen to me at least a couple of times and had to do a soft reset to get it work. This is weird bug and happens at random times, there isn't one certain thing that I'm doing to cause this to occur. I have seen this while using v1.4. I haven't jumped to v1.5 as I'll wait till v1.6.

utee, this is a bug related to 12XXX I believe. I saw this a while back on Mighty ROM a while back, he posted a hot fix but I don't think Mystery implemented anything like that. It doesn't bother me because I use S2U2 and it has volume control that I actually like better. Here is the hotfix from Mike, you can try it out but I can't guarantee it will work. Also if you are using custom taskbar icons this will revert the speaker icon to default. Just install tsowentaskbar over top to put it back. hope this helps!

I noticed this issue when I was using 1.4 too. But haven't notice it in 1.6 which I'm still working on. The only way I know to solve this is by doing a soft reset.

EDIT:
Yeah I also believe it has to do with 21*** not sure though.
You can try the hot fix from mightymike which majorassface will probably post in a bit. :>

S2U2's volume control also works as a suitable alternative for me.

Hey any help I can offer, thanks for the great ROMs and support!

Guys I just cracked the cab open and it looks like it replaces two files:
HTCVolumeControl.dll
HTCVolumeControl.dll.0409.mui

I'm at work so I can do too much investigating. Enjoy!!
