Why can't I change the boot splash screen?

I'm using the tutorial at the xda site on changing the 1st boot splash screen. When I try to flash it, it tells me my device is invalid. I know through NBHTool program, the directions say to choose the Titan1000 as the device. I am assuming this is the problem. Is there a way to create the nbh file to use on the diamond. It has been done, as I have changed the original once already, but I'm trying to make my own. Thanks for the help

Enter it in under "Device". It's not in the drop down list, so just type it in.

Try this. You can change the image later if you don't like it.
