[REMOVED] Juicy ROM 4.4 [SYS OS 5.2.20764 Build 20764.1.4.3] [UC]

I'm having a HUGE glitch in 4.3... and I'm not too sure why. I've hardreset, reflashed, etc...

I flashed to 4.3 right when it was released and i've given the battery some time to adjust to the new drivers, but still, my battery dies quicker then any other rom i've ever had.

The funny part comes now..When my phone gets the battery warning signal.. I'll turn my phone off for 2min.. then I'll turn it back on and it'll give me another 2+hrs in battery life.

I'm not sure whats going on, i've read posts before about just letting the battery cycle through the new drivers, but that excuse isn't working on mine.. it just keeps dying quickly and what not.

Read the changelog, this was fixed in 4.4

is there a rough ETA for 4.5?
2 weeks? 1 month?
I know juicy is working on the Pro rom, just wonder if i should hold off flashing 4.4 or if i should wait

i see juicy has the 4.5 rom out for the touch pro including the flash 3.1 update, i guess we are left behind.

Honestly, what would possess you to even type this comment. It's Juicy decision when he puts out releases. If he wants to put out new releases on the touch pro forum, that is his prerogative! Don't take this the wrong way, but give the guy a break. It's comments like this that frankly I wouldn't be able to deal with. What Juicy does is free and all he asks for is constructive feedback that can help in further releases. Free means on his timetable, with his design, period. You should ask your cellphone provider if they left you behind by putting out a substandard rom with the phone? Juicy and others try to make it better and don't ask for much in return. Just my 2 cents.

I installed the Juicy ROM 4.4 on my Diamond this morning and it was pretty much fine all day. Then at night it started sending a lot of duplicate texts to the people that I sent earlier in the day. Any reason why this happened?

Like xvicx said, you most likely are having a signal issue in your area. With all the storms this past week, it's not uncommon for there to be some signal issues.

Also, if i remember right, Sprint is doing an update to the text messaging system. I think it was only nextel phones getting moved to a better/upgraded platform, but not sure. That might have interferred with your text messages from earlier and the system thought it had to "fix" the perceived error.

I guess it could be network issue but my wife's phone never had any issues.

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forums and just wanted to know if juicy's rom, or any of the roms here work with the Touch Diamond US 3G. I've been trying to upgrade my phone to the latest juicy rom, but it keeps failing. Thanks!
