Is it possible that it's not a vga wallpaper and thats what's causing the problem. I'm just throwing something out there.

Did you hard reset? Things get laggy when moving from one kernel to another without a hard reset

I just did a second vsbenchmark on 4.1 and it is getting far superior scores then any other ROM I've tested. To be fair though most of the time I only run one test when I first flash and load my apps and PI.

After you update your rom do you restore your files using a back up program like spb or do you manually reinstall all your cabs and settings?

I just manually install my stuff. There are only a fewcabs and customizations that I add.

mUn Background
Sprint Neon Icons
phm regedit
Soft reset app
White Flip Clock
Archsoft MMS
Sprint Navi

US Cities for weather

haha, i don't think that's possible. I'm pretty sure all images/wallpapers should work with the device. I don't think it has to be set to a certain "VGA" size.

Wallpapers can definitely be formated for certain resolutions. Not saying this is the issue though.

It is standard 640*480 vga wallpaper. the wallpaper would paste under the start menu bar. when it is normally supposed to be pasted at the top, so that the top area is covered by the start menu bar. since it isn't, when u tap on the start menu (it would be the background image as well) it will not match.

I installed Bell UI a few other apps, Palringo, Kinoma Player, Slingbox, etc... Everything works perfect, this Opera version is pretty fast with loading times and rendering. Ill be testing the battery tomorrow but im sure its the same as usual. Great work Juicy! So far im bug-free.
