Windows Theme?

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=366521

I'm a bit confused how to do this. I put both files in what i think is the windows directory. I put them in device storage>windows>skins. I'm sure i am wrong. Help is much appreciated.

ok, the .tsk put it in your my documents folder on the device. go to start/settings/personal/today and the black theme should be listed. The exe you can have anywhere. you just run it for the glossy black bars.

After Installing a tf3d theme should I do a reset to make it run better? or does it matter?

You should always do a soft reset whenever you install new programs especially if you install new themes. Just a good practice to get in the habit of doing.

Why is any image used as a background made super bright/light in windows today themes? That black theme has a very low resolution image. Something like the image attached would be much better for VGA devices, but the free theme creator on the microsoft site doesn't play nicely with any modern themes.
