Until that's taken care of, this kitchen is a little pointless for CDMA Diamond users. I would love to be using this kitchen myself, but I need my phone to ring, and display the correct time at the very least.
You think that the time and ringtone corruption are because of the kitchen and not the SYS? Interesting.
I remember trying 21501 here and using Calk's kitchen. It seemed to me that the differences were in the available options (OEMs) that were available/selected.
When I create a ROM using this kitchen, I rarely have to do a hard reset, much less flash the shipped ROM. When I use Calkulin's, if I don't do both, everthing gets FUBAR within a day of normal use.

It could be the result of a poor sys, I guess, but I never had any of those issues on any of the builds of my 21501 sys with Calcu's kitchen. I'm pretty sure the time is a driver issue in the OEMs. Either way, it needs to be fixed.

As long as I flash to stock every fifth flash or so, I never have any issues. This kitchen might correct that however, in the way that it deals with XIP.

I think that PPCK is using 21501, as it is an "official" sys, and they don't want to piss in MS' pool.

I misunderstood what you were saying. I think we're saying the same thing. I don't think the SYS is what's causing the issues- I think that it's the Kitchen, or at least the contents of the kitchen that are not included in the SYS/ROM files.

I think the time issue is OEM, and the ringtone issue is SYS. Could be wrong though.

Is there any way to just port over your 21232 SYS to be used by this kitchen?

Not sure, but I think that PPCK uses the same format as the Visual Kitchen. If so, you could just dump SimpleROM with the Visual Kitchen, then import it to PPCK. Or, you could just use the Visual Kitchen too. I've had a bit of trouble importing new OEMs (not in the dump) to the visual kitchen, and haven't had the time to fully learn it yet..

Whats wrong here?

***EDIT***

I started looking at my selections page and each of the guid's that would fail. I'd find and change or get rid of... I've almost eliminated EVERYTHING that I have selected and its still having error after error. I haven't even recieved 1 single good burnable build for this new phone. Whats going on? Whats wrong with the OEM's? Everything is a fresh install and clean update.

Unless this thread is gonna get support from the OP, it seems pointless to be a sticky.
