thanks im going to be making this rom as solid as possible, release 1.0 and then move on to the next.

Here is what I have experienced so far!

1) Why does the date and time setup appear at first configuration?
2) Off/On gray text in comm manager manila tab is a little dark.
3) First time I launched camera I got a blank screen. Relaunch works.
4) Phone seems much warmer then when using Juicy 3.3
5) Automatic full screen in Opera not enabled by default
6) Something screwy in file explorer when clicking down arrow. Folder name flickers and nothing happens.
7) I get a white square in upper left corner of the background when using manilla customizer. Probably due to something with the manila by default.
Can you turn off event sounds by default. It's annoying!
9) Is there a way to turn off the auto keyboard popup?

Hi Juggalo - I'm using Telus 0.04 on Sprint phone. I think I found another bug - when I go to Sound Settings, there's no text to identify the options. Same with Ring Type and Ring Tones - totally blank - and that's really tough since there's no icons.

EDIT: I just noticed that the text comes up on an option once I actually select it. But then all the text is gone again after I exit out and go back in. Need to select things to know what they are.

I have a question about the "startup" and "shut down" sounds included in your ROM, I am trying to disable them, but it seems that there are two instances of them happening. I found the first which is in the reg setting for HTC animation, and I have removed the .wav files for startup and shutdown there - however it still plays a sound at startup and shut down. I am guessing that the sounds are for the radio being turned on and off. Is there any way someone can point me to that reg entry? I have searched through the reg files and havent been able to find it.

1) because its set to allow you to choose the time zone. I never saw it as a big dea lol
2) On/Off text is black by default. thats just the way it is when you add the comm manager tab to the manila mode9. i could look into this later but its not a priority for me. as the green slider is pretty self explanatory if the text is obstructed by a black background.
3) ive never had this issue. i even just did a hard reset to try. its fine.
4) i haven't noticed any heat issues. also if your next question is do you use the same battery and power tweaks as juicy, the answer is yes. so this might just be a placebo effect from switching.
5) this i will look into, but it seems to be loading pages in full screen for me. some of them are just to large to fit with out horizontal scrolling. making them load to fit with out scrolling and the page would be completely useless because the text would be less legible then it already is.
6) i have never seen this error through out all my builds. i just tried again. before and after i hard reset. i cannot recreate this issue.
7) yes manila customizer will break the background. it will also cause your baner to say T-Mobile and tJanuary 1st 2008 in most cases. i dont use it. this is why ive made my cuztom manila. it embeds everything i use, but allws you to use your own icons and background images. also what event sounds are you refering to?

this is going to cause opera issues for you guys tho just to warn yah.

that's really odd. i just checked and all my drop down menu's have the correct text in them. and identify them selves correctly. can other users check as well?
