Battery life on this ROM has been great. Not great enough to keep using the standard battery. I will be getting an extended battery from Seidio as soon as they are available. I did notice that if you add any third party weather apps, Like weather panel to be precise, the battery life seems to be cut in half. I am trying to figure out why this is happening but for now the TF3D weather will suffice. Also the issues with Opera are obvious but I am having a small glitch with IE. When I click on a text window to add text the keyboard does not automatically appear. When I do bring up the keyboard it disappears and I have to bring it up for a second time to be able to type. Other than those issues this ROM is the best I have used for any of my devices. It is not loaded with customizations and stays close to stock. All aspects of the Factory ROM that were questionable have been removed (like the memory hogging alltel startup screen). Simple addons that take up virtually no memory have been included. All in all, if Con didn't make such a great ROM I think I would have to try and make one for myself. Thank you for the effort that you put into your work. It is definately appreciated!

I will put up a new rom tomw. gonna work on a touch pro rom today. and so diamond tomw. It will also be faster at the root of the system. and It will be 3 mb smaller. I am removing the ULDR. it is not needed at all. and takes up 3mb of space. and so it will be removed.

Just a heads up on that. I will have it out tomw though. Along with your cities in there for the weather.

I'm having a WIFI problem,
I can select to turn on the WIFI both through the Comm Tab and through SYSTEM->Settings->Connections.

It finds the network and connects but the second it connects to the network the wifi just shuts off done soft and hard reset and nothing is happening. Flashed back to alltel rom and it worked and flashed back to 11/28/08 and it still keeps shutting off on me.

That is interesting, I will look into this and see what is going on. I have never used the wifi on there. but I will hook up my wireless router and see what i can find out. Thanks for the heads up.

Any word on picture/vid messaging? I don't recall it being in the current build, unless I am mistaken?

Pic/vid messaging should be in there. It has always been in all of my releases. Unless I am mistaken.

My mistake, it is in there.

You just have to go directly to the inbox and select New > Vid/Pic/SMS message.
