Anyway to turn off the startup sound?

in the registry go to

hklm/software/htc/htcanimation

this will have startupgif and startupwav.

if you add an X to StartupWav it should deleate the startup sound.

Whats the benefit of having it set to roam only? I hate the roam icon?

Better coverage in places were alltel coverage is not good for example in the University there are many place were the coverage is horrible and it is impossible to get a call out or a text but if I set it to roam only i get 3-4 bars. I really only use it when theres is no coverage but it really does help.

When I tried out the bluetooth the other night, I had the same problem. But I started hitting the up and down volume controls on the side of the phone and it started working perfect after that. I think it was the volume up that made it start working. It works without hitting the volume every time after that. Love the ROM conflipper. Keep up the great work. It's much appreciated.

Wow thats really strange because I did do that and nothing it would not work and even when I disconected the bluetooth not even the earpiece would work until I did a soft reset.

Same thing for me, I had to reset but I will try the volume trick in a bit and report back.

If thats the fix I'm not flashing again. :D
