From the Verizon terms and serivce

Reading more into this terms and serivce they send me today, its kinda a joke. "WE CAN WITHOUT NOTICE, LIMIT SUSPENT OR END YOUR SERIVCE OR ANY AGREEMENT WIHT YOU FOR THIS OR ANY OTHER GOOD CAUSE:..... (f) lie to us (g) allow anyone to tamper with your device;, (g) Modifies your device from its manufacturuing specifications;...."

"Waivers and Limitations of Liability
you agree we aren't liable for problems caused by you or a third party; by building, hills, network congestion, tunnels, weather or other things we dont control; or by an act of God. You also must agree we aren't liable for missed Voice Mails, or deletions of Voice Mails from your Voice Mailbox,(if you have one), even if you've saved them, or for other information that may be lost or deleted if we service your device."

What is to be considered an Act of God? this is pretty much saying we will delete your voice mails, but you cant blame us for that, and we are not liable for anything, if you try and say thing about it, we can always claim it was an act of God, so no matter what reason you have, we can cover ourself.

How many people actually read wireless contracts when you sign them, because i never do, but some of this is bad stuff. Next question is I wonder if you can counter offer a contract when getting it, you can any other place. I want to buy a house, I give you a contract, and reject and counter offer. I dont like something, I want that section omittied from contract before I will sign it. That is how it should be.

I say theres probably no way you can counter offer a contract, mainly cause theres no one in a cell phone store with that kinda authority.
Not to mention they probably arent that concerned with wether or not you sign up with them or not.

EDIT: Received the letter with the bill Saturday, BUT I didn't receive anything about "Additional Details of your Verizon Wireless Plan."

Does that mean that only some people will have these "Additional Details" effect their plan?

I still haven't received any letters in the mail. Con, did those letters you received come with the bill or separately?

The only thing I noticed is, when I log onto My Account through Alltel's website, I saw this message:

So far, this is the only sign I've received that I will become Verizon. I can't believe it has taken this long. I was hoping I was in an area that would be forced to switch, to say, AT&T, but I guess not. :(

Sorry if this had already been covered. But here is my question. I am not good at this ROM flashing thing. i just put the newest ROM from HTC Alltel on my phone and reinstalled all my stuff. Is there anyway i can download the HTC Touch Pro keyboard without flashing this ROM? I really want it, and cant find it anywhere online other than in this ROM.
