Hi I'm having problems with the Youtube apps first I can't connect using my account information using the account manager and can't play any video in the Player app getting error it show the videos and when I click on once it said connecting and start buffering but show up a pop up message "Cannot play this video"

I can't find any folder remotley similar to a blackstone album.

Hey Clcu buddy, good work, I think our brains are in sync and we run into the same issues regarding blackstone oems haha. Im not sure if the new Touchflo is a dependency for face crack, but i hope not. Anywho, im sure ur oem folder looks exactly the same as mine if I read this thread properly

the file for facebook from blackstone is not in that rom, I flash the entire rom over, only replacing the OEM drivers, and still facebook did not work, used the 20757 sys and XIP. did not work. I went through every registy file in that rom, and the only mention of facebook was in the Social Networking, but no matter how you change those, it will not show up.

I am stumped on the facebook working.

New XIP doesn't work... the nk needs to be replaced with a diamond_c one, but even once that is done, device.exe doesn't start.

I used 19965, 19972, 20775, 20974. xip of each of those, has well has system builds, and i used every variation of all those, and still nothing.

maybe there are some dependency in 20757. I will port that over tonight, chagne resolution and try that.

Just to let you know, Calcu, when I used the Ravest Youtube fix posted at XDA I got video to work, but no sound. It has something to do with HTC Diamond Media Hub from what they're saying. BTW the fix that was used on the Mighty Stable rom for Youtube causes very slow video playback when it's in high quality. When I used this Ravest fix video speed was normal just no sound. BTW I attached the cab I was talking about, just remove .zip from the end.

not sure if these issues were addressed in the update (which i have yet to DL) but the blackstone full qwerty in landscape mode is getting a portion of the right side cut-off, no backspace key, etc.

and it looks like the new mp3 trimmer needs to be resized.

gotta go cast my vote, then i'll start cooking w/the updated files.

Yes, that's a issue with using the blackstone keyboard on the diamond until someone fixes it. As for the mp3 trimmer, I'll fix that when TobeyChris gets the updated OEM uploaded so I can test with it all at once

All ROMs were updated to v2.1 to fix the album & youtube issues and I also updated the kitchen to included OEM 2.00 and a couple of other fixes

thanks for this update...the QuickGPS doesn't work can't connect the server, can somebody confirm this and let Calcu knows about it

I just checked and the links are working, so check again. As for QuickGPS, I never use it nor have it installed because my GPS connects in less than 5 secs now with the blackstone GPS driver, so I can't check that out

I just updated to Calkulin's All Sprint 20924 ROM CLEAN(v2.1) I don't know what changed but Garmin XT no longer can find the GPS. The previous version v2 worked fine. Somethings not right.

how is everyone's battery life on this rom? I took mine off the charger at 5:10am it's now 5:12pm and I have 42% battery life. No push email, wifi/data off. couple five minute phone calls and a few texts. Does this seem right? I'm not sure how good the battery life is that's why I ask. I'm using the clean sprint black rom v2... updating to v2.1 so my youtube will work. thanks for the sweet roms calcu.

also is there anyway to get the contacts to always show up with the quick search alpha bar on the side... sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not... in 2.1 it's not at all.

The problem is worse than QuickGPS the GPS hardware is not working at all not even Google Maps...Calcu I think you should check the changes in the GPS drivers something is wrong with that.

Am I missing something GPS was working for me. I'm using the newest kitchen. Google maps had a less than 5 second lock with 11 sattelites outside.

i used the new kitchen to cook myself my first rom today. All in all it went pretty well. The only thing I am noticing is that sometimes, when a call comes in, I can't answer it either by using the buttons or the touch screen. The other problem is with the GPS not connecting, but i see that is being fixed.

Any ideas on not being able to answer the phone sometimes? Anyone else having this problem?

anyone else having problems with texting? i have to double type the first word every time, also is there a way to Phonepad as default input? it changes whenever i soft reset
