Re: * UPDATED * JUICY ROM 2.6 [Full CE OS 5.2.20755][TELUS][Sprint]

Just wanted to say going from Stock Sprint to Juicy 2.6 + Verizon Radio made a WORLD of difference. I was in and out of signal all day (large office buildings, MANY elevators..) and was using Remote Desktop almost all day and I took my phone off the charger at 8am and its 7:30pm and its still got a bar left!

I could never have done this while running stock. Thanks The Diamond is a real phone after all!

Is anyone that uses a bluetooth headset noticing that when your wearing the earpiece in standard mode it disconnects randomly, and than you have to go into the bluetooth settings on the phone itself and turn it back on again? That is the only bug i have found in this rom! Keep up the good work juicy!

[#] Further tinkering in Opera (changed Preloader settings, custom user agent)

Hi Juicy, I hope this fixes the slow Opera performance we're experiencing in 2.6? Does this fix the slow YouTube performance as well? Right now, internet/video surfing is kind of unbearable. Everything else though works great so far.

And yes, I did do a hard reset after flashing.

Thanks for all your work so far.

Likely due to APM

Was this in an area of poor signal?

Yes - I can confirm this was happening to me today. Bluetooth turned off on the phone multiple times, seemingly random.

Not sure what you mean by "standard mode"...

Another user posted a similar problem. I use a Bluetooth Stereo Wireless Headset quite a bit, and I have not found any issue using Juicy 2.6 or any previous ROM. I'm not sure - maybe Juicy can confirm if there is a Bluetooth bug in 2.6, but I haven't seen it myself.

I live in the downtown area with pretty good reception. I've noticed a "slight" speed issue with Opera, though I've only used it for aprox. 10 minutes today. When Opera is requesting the page, that is where it seems to take a bit longer than usual. Rendering the page seems just as quick as usual for me.

This could be practically useless to you as I didn't test very long with Opera.
