Hey guys,
Anybody know how to make this wav file my startup sound??
Iv tried a few different ways and all I wind up doing is killing the startup sound all together.

Just download the file and change the extention from ".zip" to ".wav"

you cant change a compressed file to a wav. take it whatever format it is in (playable) and use that
preferably wav, but u can use mp3

dont rename extensions for sounds bra

hey that was me that had an unresponsive issue
sure enough it was only the digitizer so i bought one, but when i went to install it its impossible to seperate the lcd and i cracked it, so i bough the lcd after, installed it and it works Mint. only problem id the screen doesn't stay in the phone flush because the lcd and digitizer are not bonded together, but i got a nice case and it works perfectly (i typed all this and do all my reading on ppcgeeks on it, and mine was from water/beer damage)

so buy the lcd+digitizer or be superman and pefectly remove the lcd
theres only 1x4point cable that needs soldering, the rest is childsplay... enjoy

also it could be anything that is wrong with it, mainboard fault, water still in there, blow resister,etc,,, so good luck

No, you misunderstood.
You cant post a .wav in the forum
So to post it I changed the ext to .zip
Its really a wav file just rename the ext.

HA! just realized I forgot to attach it!

Confirmed..... The light still flashes even if the "flash light for" is unselected,,

Well I always like my flashing light, so it's not bad for me. My gripe is: Whenever I activate the camera program using the shortcut, it goes to "Sports" mode. This prevents me from mapping my right softkey on the home screen to camera for quick access. How do I make it not do that?

Besides that, I love love love this ROM.

The annoying thing for me is EVEN when I'm reading my text message and typing my reply, it STILL flashes. It doesn't go away until I close that message. Maybe I've got some ADHD but little things like that bug the hell out of me....but maybe thats just me.

o ya i did misunderstand... or was i just too baked? who knows

try using diamond tweak or advanced config, i am sure there is settings for boot logo and sound
