hmm...I'll look through my programs list then. I didn't install anything that would be on to draw any more power. I pulled the phone off the charger at 9, went to church (so it wasn't even used), then at 12 it was at 50%. I'll see if I can find any rogue programs that are drawing power. Thanks!

you know, one thing to look out for is when you take the phone indoors. I have noticed on multiple roms, not just Mike's that I would go to a bar or somewhere else for a couple hours, look down and half the battery would just disappear so it could be a dead zone that your run into within a building and the phone is polling like crazy to keep up. It obviously doesn't do this is most places but I have noticed this with the phone in general. or it could be that I had too many in the bar, but I digress....

yea 3.9 was classic, looking forward to 4.9 as well. May well sty there until 5 series get everything together lol.

just to update im 3 days with no ringer bug problems and about the battery polling draining fast thing i have that also bc where i work i lose signal and im constantly in and out of signal all day so thats why the battery dies fast. it sucks but any day where im not at work im good.

Have you tried switching to 1x mode. It may help you since the phone wont cycle through ev and 1x during the day. Mr Obvious suggested this before and it makes sense for sure.

yes, it's in phone>menu>options>services tab>network service>get settings>no clue which one to pick but Mr Obvious will probably let us know soon enough. I wondered by the way what all these settings do, automatic A, B, Standard? no clue.
