Rico used the new htcvolume.dll with tsowens custom icons so there wouldn't b any lockups and i included the signalstrength registry key so u guys don't have to do it manually

oh darn forgot about the hard reset........I always do the clear storage b/c I don't know how to do the other way of hard reset lol
