Just encountered random freezes, for 3-5 seconds at a time. Normally, it doesn't bother me, but when it does happen, it can be frustrating.

havent had any freezes. been using tiny keyboard, and my usual run of the mill torture testing.

Briggs reported than there was absolutely no sms freezing, so i assumed the rom was good to go...

It's frustrating as hell to iron out this issue because i have no idea what it is at the moment.

I suspect that it may not be a SIP issue at all but a system wide problem, as many other users including myself have reported, the system will lock up even in applications like solitaire.

I reported that the freezing was originally gone, after I played for about 10 mins with no freezing issue. I later found that I had not tested it long enough, as I had 3 seperate incidences in less than 5 mins later that day.

Perhaps this random freezing is why some people are reporting SIP issues while others are not. Unless your a heavy txter or solitaire player you wouldn't even notice the short freeze.

Exactly p2k. I use Touchpal and text heavily (6k a month) and it's aggravating.

I agree with p2k, other than touchpal/solitaire freezing, my phone randomly "paused" in other places such as resco explorer, settings menu, programs. Can't seem to duplicate it. At times I'm not even typing fast or doing something fast. It seems fairly random.

anyone notice that when using RSSHub, if you click a link, it will open up Opera but it will stay at your homepage and won't redirect to the site from the link?

Strange behavior and never noticed it in earlier releases...

I've heard xT9 can be the problem, can you guys try disabling that to see if it helps?
