ok so reflashed and hard reset 2 times as well to make sure the new sys was properly adjusted for. i think ur right, the oem didnt stick, its still running the old school stock dialer with the crowded buttons and stuff

i think your provxml is not running, thats how the OEM configs, no RGU or another package is over writing my oem and buildos its skipping it. or you forgot it :P
