It is as close to GSM as I could get it. I will have it up in about an hour and a half give or take. Nothing special. My first Diamond ROM.

Why is your storage memory so low? I have 114.42 mb total, 47.11 in use with 67.31 free. Is that something to do with your ROM or is there some other thing with your phone?

The actual ROM will have more memory than that. In my personal Version I have TomTom Navigator 7 and Garmin Mobile XT cooked into ROM as well. Together those 2 apps total around 60mb. So.. Remove those and there will be a lot more space available.

The ROM will not be released with those 2 apps.

I will most likely update the screenshot before I post the actual ROM.

Please
TomTom Navigator 7 is available at XDA-Developers. Where I on the site I cannot say. There are other places to get it, those places I cannot tell you either. Maps can be purchased at TomTom.com. Not sure what they cost exactly but they're not cheap.

Garmin Mobile XT can be downloaded at Garmin.com. Not sure how much it costs and I know maps aren't cheap.

I have had a good experience so far with battery life. It's no extended battery life but it is definitely better than it was shipped.

is there any way to change the things seen on touchflow? I have tried the diamond tf3d config program but am getting an error.

and I am disabling touch flow from the today screen before running

Use this version of TouchFlo 3D config. I have removed the tweaks.xml file that causes it to crash.

I for one am excited to see DHarvey back in the game. He is IMO the best chef the site has because he really wants to have the fastest, most useful fully loaded roms out there but will never half-@$$ it. Great job again Dharv, I love the blazing speed.

If so could you change it to 12mb and see if there is any difference???

I love your work man I'm just wondering if your ROM would be faster if you had it at 12mb PagePool. The reason I say this is because I have tried several and it seems like 12 is the best fit...

I have tried the same ROM at a 12mb pagepool and it seems like the 32 is the fastest. Only other pagepool I have noticed any real speed at is 0(Dynamic)

Weird battery glitch... went from full bars to one red... and a few minutes later back to full. Any one else experience this?

No problems to report with the rom. Everything is smoothe and fast. no battery glitch either. You no what i really need..kinda... pocket express. do you have the cab for that dh.

These are standard in any Diamond ROM, factory or custom alike. My app list is as detailed as possible.

I don't know what added those to the Sprint ROM. If I find out I will add them in the future but as of right now I have no idea how to implement that.

Hey DH......any way to get some of the visual tweaks you had in the vogue roms like the circle start button and the boxes down at the bottom for the soft keys?

I know that was a wisbar thing, but just asking.

Have had some weird issues with opera. when downloading any file, hitting open or save on the download screen causes opera to minimize and brings up the home screen. also occasionally the keys have stopped working when entering addresses. when this happens, hitting backspace (on the sip) will actually cause the browser to jump back one page. kinda like hitting backspace on a physical keyboard in PIE. also, youtube just hangs and never loads. have tried soft resets, and this has not helped. Im hard reseting as we speak, hopefully this will fix, cuz so far, I like your rom the best. fast, sensitive, and I like the extra apps youve added. will update post after hard reset. Thanks!

Edit: Hard reset did seem to fix youtube problem, but opera minimizing and keyboard issues are still there. :( Hopefully this is fixed in next update.......

Something else i noticed in S2U2 in the settings, it does not give the am/pm format in the time settings, only military and some other one that has no formatting. Can you update that in the next version DH?

I suppose I could add Wisbar but the idea with this ROM was to get as close the GSM Diamond as Possible. I might release a Vista Diamond ROM later. No promises right now though.

Time settings are all up to the program. I set a pre-defined time format. Will try a different INI file and see if that helps in next release.

im still having the battery problem, it does not update on the today screen, but S2U2 shows the actual level, and so does clicking on it... maybe a hard reset will fix it, ill try it n keep u updated

Change the following registry:

HKLM\Software\OEM\Power\ShowMovingChargeBar to 0.

Right Now it is Set to 1.

I will have this fixed in the next release as well.
