SYS <XIP> v<Compatible Base><Release Letter>
Example: SYS 20755 v2a

You are right though, it's not very explicit, and it was in the second post. I've added v2 only to the information beside them, I hope this clears it up:)

For v1 lovers... SYS 22222 might be ready soon....

Re: How To: Kitchens

sorry... and I was frozen out of the phone rebooting... I did succeed with a very simple ROM, but have not yet succeeded with putting the Alltel manila on my telus phone. I'm sure it's just some of the other options, and the process is recursive.. Anyways... kudos to you for putting together this great tool.... if may not be perfect, but what in life ever is?

seamus, while in the BuildOS part of the "Build My ROM" process, make sure you have BOTH "Base Manila - Must Be Checked" AND "Altel" checked under the Manila selection. Both of these are required to do what you want. Obviously all others (AKA, TELUS, Sprint) must be left unchecked in the Manila section.

Hope this helps.

OEM 2.0 Released.

I believe most issues with the manila folders have been fixed, if not, be sure to let me know.
Telus manila is now 500 files smaller!
Clocks should work proplerly now.
A lot of OEMs have been updated with Blackstone OEMs.
No more white bars when clicking on the start menu!
All programs with version numbers should have them shown in folder name and BuildOS list.
Plus some other nice things!

Re: How To: Kitchens

Maybe this has been addressed before but I cant seem to find an answer. I just recently cooked my own rom and was quite happy with it except for one thing..... the keyboard in text and internet. Is there some reason why it is that small blue one? It doesnt look anything like the one on the stock sprint rom and certainly much harder to use. Is it a program that I am over looking that is installing this keyboard, or am i missing something? Thanks.

Just change this key but be careful because if you enter it incorrectly, your phone will not boot and need a hard reset to get it running again
