I had one person mention echo. I clicked volume down once and he said that fixed it.

Ya know, there is a little lag now in the dialing after installing Sprint 2.4. I had Sprint Stock before, and it was smooth as silk pressing the buttons in the dialer.

I am using Stock at the moment. I have a serious feeling that its the battery meter thats screwed up. I had the phone shut itself off today and when I turned it back on it still had 3 bars. So WM seems to be shutting down based on what its own DLL is telling it. Not when the juice is running out.

I 2nd this. Although the volume gets nice and loud, there seems to be echo and crackling problems when the volume is turned up about halfway or higher. This wasn't an issue with the Stock Sprint audiopara.
