Re: [09/22/08] Juicy ROM 2.1 [TELUS & SPRINT]

Im using this rom and it is a lot better than the original sprint rom. Still testing the battery life (Default Sprint rom was AWFUL). Thanks for all your work guys.

2 Questions:

1. Is there anyway to get the Spint Neon TouchFlo3D icons ?
2. Is there anyway to get the original battery icon back ?

Thanks.

Re: [09/22/08] Juicy ROM 2.1 [TELUS & SPRINT]

I installed the skinny singal bar meters and lost my battery icon with the 5% increments. Is there a separate cab file for this? FYI, I uninstalled the signal bars cab and reset, but did not get back the icon...

Re: [09/22/08] Juicy ROM 2.1 [TELUS & SPRINT]

love the new sprint 2.1 thanx. the opera bug (landscape mode which launch dialpad automatically still there), the battery life seems excellent, and no longer have the jumping 1x to EVDO bars (bars dacing up and down). i can confirm coming from a mogul and touch user that pagepool does increase speed drastically. i use to set my touch to 24pagepoll (12 was the default) and it made it super fast. i recommend 16-24, after that you won't see any different and it won't affect the diamond in anyway since we have so much ram. i change my papepool to 24 (from 6 default) and everything is superfast.

thanx for all your hard work guys .

My battery also seems draining very fast. Any registry hack such as close GPS?

Does anyone have the cab or the link to the Sprint Navigation that came with the Diamond? One that fits on a VGA screen?

Re: [09/22/08] Juicy ROM 2.1 [TELUS & SPRINT]

First of all I would like to thank Juicy for all his hard work. I update my Telus Diamond with each new version. And I love it.

However, I was curious about something. I don't know if this is the appropriate place for my question, but here goes. With each update I perform, I always have to reconfigure my Weather locations and my email. I did a search on how to backup these settings but I came up with nothing. Are there any specific registry locations I would need to export so that I can re-import them to avoid all the manual reconfigurations?

Thanks in advance for the replies...if any

The opera landscape bug is still there for me. Also when holding down the phone key no longer activates voice command. It causes my screen to get all messed up.
