I think that error means it hasn't been unlocked yet. Did you follow the proper steps to unlock first?

I see you added the Action Screen.

I've seen it over at XDA. What is it exactly and how is it activated?

I couldn't get past 0% when locked. Maybe cause I'd been relocked... who knows.

Yes i did what was instructed and it says unlocked but now i am stock .Should i try to unlock again?I am in the tree color mode when i remove the battery and connect it again.What should i try?

When you are in bootloader mode, what does the screen say?

Power + Volume Down + Soft Reset = Bootloader
