Looks great. Gonna be the first time I flash a new ROM. Anything I should worry about besides carefully following the instructions?

Just make sure you follow cmonex's guide to unlock.

If you get stuck and need to enter the bootloader, just press and hold Volume Down + Power + Reset.

Sorry, don't know of any .cab for the VGA/Diamond version. Since PIMBackup is inluded in all ROMs since 1.00 you shouldn't have a problem flashing a new one. Just make sure you backup your PIM data to internal storage.

i use sprite backup. as well as pim backup. so i will be backing up and flashing tonight :D

what's gonna be different in 1.03? lol im debating whether or not to flash, but your coming out with a release every 2 days now lol... ur gonna make me flash my phone every other day!!!

Is QuickGPS working? I keep getting "Connection failed. Please try again."

EDIT: Nevermind, had Location Settings set to "Emergency (E911 only)."

juicy47 dude you kick some serious a$$ gps connects in mere seconds now! and after you add some touch flow tweaks its so smooth. very nice job!
