Thanks, thanks a lot O.a.T! That was fast.
I'm downloading the ROM in this moment.
Anyway the zip file still not working (the rar is OK by the way) , I had try re-downloading, extract diferent ways, no luck. I had attach a ScreenShot.

Those are the files needed for Voldeus' transparent menu and task bars, not the ROM itself. Clearly, that is way too small for a ROM! I think the verbiage is reasonably clear in that it talks about attachments for this mod, rather than what has always been links for the ROMs.

Had the same issue. Got folders with multiple files rather than just the .exe and the .dll. I just opened both folders and dumped all the files on the root internal storage. Worked fine....thanks again for everything...

Now I am confused as to what Sabroso meant? Anyways, I screwed up and forgot to recmod these for Voldeus' transperancy before uploading. Not sure how/why that is working, but glad it is. I did recmod and replace, so now you will only find the .dll and .exe as expected. Sorry about that!

A thousand pardons O.a.T. !!!
Damn It, I really must improve my way of explaining things in English Language, so sorry my friend.
Anyway I was talking about the current fixed problem of the two folder instead of two files for 21684 transpArEncy zip file (of course I was not talking about the THEME ROM 21684).
Anyway Thanks for FIXED the zip file, (I will not use it, but who ever will, now is OK). Thanks again and so sorry for my bad English.

So far, the NEW THEME 21684 ROM is working quite good.
by the way, thanks for returning the function by holding down the power button to show shutdown menu.
There is so many many many details in this "Cooking procedure" that I really admire all the things you have to do to make this wonderful ROMs.
Thanks a lot my friend, we owe you so much!!!!!

You are correct for the ROMs, but these files have to be recmodded for Voldeus' transparent menu mods.

Hi O.a.T.
So far, new ROM 23684 Theme, works as fast as 23683 but less bugs.
I had afraid when doesn't see the black bottom softkey, but them I change to "flamerise" theme and black gets back. Thanks
Few questions:
1.- I have notice that in 23683 and 23684, something is miss that make "setvolumen" no start with Windows as in 23681. There is something I can do to fix that (as for example copy "setvolumen" to \windows\"StartUp" Menu or add this file to exclusion list for MMtaskmanager??) ?
2.- Where is the "MAtrix downloading letters wallpaper" I like it, but I just wanna make it more light (for example Flamerise.jpg wallpaper weight 64kb, but I reduce it to 12kb and still looks fine.
3.- Where I can read more info about "quick endkey", I just wanna investigate if that can be put to default when you long press down the power button or long press down for EndKey.
Everything else is working as a charm
CHT 2.0 is less buggy too, and visual effects and transition from screen to screen are better.
Thanks again :thumbright:

Just out of curiosity and looking at your screenshots, what app do you use for screenshots? I use "SPB Screenshot", but it does not work quite right on the Diamond. Did you use something different for your screenies?

Thanks.

1) I remember a volume problem that was brought up in my old thread. Turned out CHT was the culprit. Checkout posting #528.

2) Look for stwater_480_640.jpg and stwater_640_480.jpg. If you're looking for a larger jpg to change the resolution you may want to consider welcomehead_192.jpg. I'm assuming you are replacing these in the nbh before flashing, otherwise you are just laying them on top, not removing old ones, and ultimately taking more device memory.

3) I checked and Quick End Key should be activated with the long press end key; at least it is in 21681 and the settings are the same in my kitchen for 21684. You can find out more about it at XDA in the WinMo Cooks thread in the 2016 and 2018 porting threads by Programmatix and Abrasive. If you can't find lmk and I'll get you a link. Maybe another CHT quirk?

I abandoned SPB Screenshot some time ago. The one I use is called Whip2Snap. Not sure if it's the latest version, but the cab can be found in the first post in the cabs.zip file. You also should be able to find it at XDA.

Hey, I noticed in the latest energy rom that in automatically retries failed sms sends, and if it still fails it gives you a link to retry, rather than selecting your text and manually sending it again. Is it possible to include whatever messaging mod he uses to incorporate this? I really hate manually resending these failed sms messages.
