Yup, that is pretty typical of what happens after flash. But like you said, tap screen for calibration, then auto customization, then auto restart and all is fine.

Don't think I'm seeing that alignment problem. You may want to try a complete shutdown followed by a restart. Nice home tab by the way.

I would, but I don't think it would do you any good, unless you have the same new packages in your kitchen.

Light Sense 2016/21895 v2.0 Ok it's not a problem just funny thing with graphic.
1. Problem with link may be, there are two icon of power(battery) in the settings.
2. Volume. When I press a hard button vol up, and I can't to do anything because it's disappear very fast. Some times it's work normally.
3. Volume. Same thing with hard button vol up, but some times the manila today graphic it like broken, I don't know how to translate it, mmm...the screen shot is attached.

1) Good catch; I'll look into seeing how I did that.

2&3) Like you've observed, it has always seemed to me like the volume control panel disappears very quickly. I'll poke around and see if there is a registry setting for how long it stays visible. Maybe someone else knows this registry setting? In regards to the today graphic, what I think I'm seeing is the background graphic showing thru while the selector buttons paint. That portion seems a bit slow compared to the rest. I'll look into this too.

Rick,

First a caution since this is labeled as a 2016 tweak. Next, you might try the quick and dirty experiment by simply replacing the manila files and the .exe in these two zips in your windows directory, after verifying they are there and making backups. To permanently cook these in, I would add these folders, probably, into the EXT>>Shared>>021 Folder. LMK if any of this works.

There are some 50 new packages in these roms over my originally released 2016 & MaxSense. You'll see a few new features like a scientific calculator that you access by going into landscape mode, colored weekend days in month and year views, and the day showing on the calendar in the slider. I've also played around with the Long EndKey. It now activates the WinMo locker (what did it do before?). Still, the ROM's are about 2 MB smaller and, maybe even a bit faster & smoother than before. Also, I've almost convinced myself that the new Power package is providing improved battery times. Finally, like before, after flashing, these will come up in Titanium mode. Just go to Start>>Settings>>Home>>Items and uncheck Windows Default and check HTC Sense and (Max)Sense will load. LMK what you think and be sure to hit the "Thanks" button below.

Just tried downloading and all seems fine now. Would prefer to keep the files under my control in case I need to do something with them quickly, e.g., an update. Thanks for the offer though.

Tried your ROM out! Very fast and stable, good work man!

Just wanted to report a bug I had earlier today... This is on your LightSense 2016/23541 2.0

Basically for some weird reason I was not receiving texts even though I had been earlier on your ROM. I even sent a text to myself. The weirdest part was that when I sent a text the 1x status icon came up as normal, but there was this other icon on the left of the 1x/Ev icon that came up as well, that had not come up before. It was gray in color but I do not recall the exact shape.

Anyways after a soft reset I was able to receive texts again (and the icon that used to show up when sending a text doesn't appear anymore) and once I sent out a text I received the texts that people had sent me earlier but didn't receive. Apparently sending text was working fine cause when I got home my roommate asked why I was asking him the same question three times, lol.
