when the update for the rom comes out, will it be an update for wm and droid? you mentioned that droid will not be touched.

Yea im uploading new android files too. When i say android will nt be effected i mean by flashing a new ROM. You have to manually update the android files to your internal storage.

I just recently got a touch diamond cdma replacement from sprint. My questions are 1) is my phone locked, 2) is there a thread on unlocking, 3) which build should i get if i want a stable one?
I dont mean to be in any way annoying cuz i know it sucks repeating things to newbies. Im just amazed at fr3sh_to_d3f's builds...=D>

You just updated all ROMs? with what? Also wondering what the differences between 23544 and 21895 are? Is one more stable than the other? Is there a list of what the Lite version excludes?

You can access sounds and notifications through settings in the start menu for now. Read the changelog for the updates thats why its there. 23544 is 6.5.x and 21895 is 6.5. The lite version doesnt include any 3rd party apps i put in the standard version.

but on another note... its still a nice rom newest 6.5.x, chef! its my 1st try into these builds and wasnt even on my phone. so for the couple hrs i was playing on it (getting it set up for my girl) i had a gud wirl w/ it. now when she wakes up, we'll have to see her thoughts at the end of the day and if anything important (bug) she notice, i'll report back to help out.

well running on 2.5 on a touch pro 2 and then on a diamond, you are definitly going to notice a difference in speed. also the manila 2012 port was ported by amarullz which is the VGA porting KING...literally so it has nothing to do with the porting but just the diamond and what it can handle. The cookie mod speeds the home screen up because of the more simple animations he uses..I can tell a difference between his new animations and the original. thanks for the compliments and I hope she likes it!

Yes its locked so read through the first sticky post and this will get you to where you need to be. Both are stable in my mind but 21895 is the most stable but 23544 is more finger friendly.

I cannot get an internet connection with the 3/8 Andriod files. But I could with the 3/1 files. Any ideas?

so i never really got familiar w/ diamond forum section cuz i dont have but my g/f does. so im looking for another rom for her (agian) i try to as little as possible but its bout that time i guess, she started having issues w/ another rom. so this rom looks interesting...but a few questions

whats the lite differ from standard? i looked at the changelog but no mentions of differences. also the 3/4 update is 6.5? as 3/10 update is 6.5.x? do both have sense 2.5 (i see the newer version does)

edit- ok the update for 6.5 wasnt there when i just looked, so i'll prolly go 6.5 3/10 update but wats the lite verson difference and will that get a 3/10 update as well?

The Lite version doesnt have any apps cooked in so there is plenty room for personal apps or what not.The Standard version has apps cooked in which I set custom icons and placement in the start menu but takes up more space. i am in the process right now of uploading the updated ROMs. and yes they both have sense 2.5.

k thanks. i just seen the update for standard 6.5 version. i prolly go w/ that cuz my girl doesnt really load any cabs on her phone but just uses whats already there.

give this a shot, and hopefully i wont have to flash her phone 4 awhile, thanks
