This is just one of the reasons why I cannot stand Sprint (among other companies). Did the person even understand the question at all? No, they did not. It's great that you can work for sprint answering customers' questions in real time, and not know what "voicemail" means.

Can I just ask why you'd want to disable voicemail?
it seems like not only does she not understand the question, she doesn't know how to multi-task either. They need to set up a black list for help center people, like how they have the Retail Employee Shoplifter List of all the employees caught stealing. I really hate how they apologize over and over. One time I told the guy "stop apologizing and tell me what you need from me, in the time it takes you to apologize 10 times, I could have given you the information." |

i too wish i could get rid of voicemail..cause the only people that leave them are people trying to sell me crap or speak spanish.lol or before trying to get me to buy that stupid extended warranty on my car.lol my friends and wife and family all text me.. etc.. hell i only use maybe 20 mins a month but go through 4000 or more texts a month..
