switching to a Sprint family plan

Hello all, I have a question about being able to switch to a sprint family plan, I'm currently around 1 year and 3 or 4 months into my 2 year contract and wanted to know if i call sprint can they switch me over to a family plan? if I'm willing to extend my contract longer, and will i be able to get two phones at upgradable price.
