Is Telus a CDMA or GSM carrier? Because...

Telus is a CDMA carrier. They were the first to get the CDMA version of the TP2. They are getting/received the CDMA palm pre. This makes things interesting. Maybe they have some GSM capabilities on their network. Not sure.

Pretty much all carriers will stray away from CDMA, except Sprint. Verizon is working on their LTE deployment which will spell the end of their CDMA phones, as LTE is closer to GSM.

Sprint will be left behind with wiMax and CDMA.
