As long as you have TEP they can't charge you for basic repairs not through asurion

Then you either had water damage, you don't have full insurance, or you were just screwed over. Something like this wouldn't be a regional thing. It's Sprints procedure. They use the same procedures throughout the country. I have family in Texas and the last time i was there i got a replacement for my lil sister free of charge.
