Sprint overcharges my company!!!

Get this...The company I work for has 20 phones through sprint. Today 2 sprint salesman came to our office to tell our owner that over the last year sprint has been overcharging the company. Apparently when someone in the company would go and get a new phone sprint wouldn't transfer the company's plan to that new phone. So some of us were getting charged for every single text, data usage, and minutes. How much does sprint owe my work? Over $10,000!!! Now I know that it is wierd that our office never caught this each month, but you have to understand the amount of money that flows through our office. Our company is a General Contractor and has literally millions in bills coming through our office each year.

So my question is this: now my owner has given sprint 24 hours to fix things and is now thinking about switch over to verizon. Can I take my now sprint htc touch pro phone and transfer it to the verizon network? If so, how?

Yes. A quick search would have revealed this: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=44663

Re: Sprint overcharges my company!!!

That sucks. High cash flow is no excuse for missing it for so long, not that that makes it ok for Sprint to make mistakes either. My company does ~150 million in sales per year, but if I forget to turn in a receipt for a gas expense... someone notices, lol.

Anyway... You can use your phone on VZ, search around as there have been a lot of threads about it.

We do roughly 550 million in sales a year and I have to get approval for a laptop battery.

Re: Sprint overcharges my company!!!

why would they want to switch companies, if sprint actually came to them to refund the money, instead of just sweeping it under the rug? i can't believe they actually sent somebody to your company to inquire about it. that's amazing. not exactly the company i'd be quick to leave.

He actually has a good point. If Sprint actually sent people to your office to admit to you that they wrongfully took $10,000, I'd say that's a pretty impressive client relations.

True...he was already thinking about changing networks. He has had nothing but problems with sprint (in his opinion), so he basically told them that he was looking at verizon and that if they could get things squared away by tomorrow he would compare apples to apples and see which network provided him with the best buisness plan
